The black and pink anodized aluminum rings are delicately assembled.  The unique collar measures 12 inches long and about 1.5 inches wide.  There is a hook that clasps behind the neck to a long strand of single rings, allowing for easy adjustments up to 15 inches.  Other color available upon request!  $25.00
